Gorgeous is located in the heart of the historic town of Berkhamsted. We opened the salon in 2006, after working for many years in Berkhamsted and we decided it was time for change.

 

We spent time thinking of key words that were the most important to us, we wanted our salon to feel welcoming, warm and friendly. Try Gorgeous next time you are needing a hair appointment and you will notice the difference, not only in the hairdressing but in the atmosphere.

We thought carefully about the overall design with the aim to create an environment that is relaxing, stylish and practical while at the same time giving you a totally new experience.

We hope you enjoy our salon but we fully appreciate your main reason for coming to Gorgeous is to get a style that you are happy with time and time again. Should it be a regular trim or a total restyle the Gorgeous team are on hand to help. They will offer you the "personalised" appointment by helping and advising you on the hairstyle that will suit you best. Making you feel Gorgeous time and time again. We stock L'Oreal Professional, Kérastase and GHD aftercare products, should you need any help or advice regarding our aftercare ranges our stylists are on hand to help you select the most prescriptive products required to maintain your hairstyle at home.

 

Each year we complete many photoshoots to demonstrate the latest cutting and colouring skills by our experienced creative team. The results of these photoshoots are entered into our yearly entries for competition work and magazine submissions as well as providing you with inspirational imagery to help you pick the perfect style you have always wanted.
