Measures we are taking to keep you and us safe

Please feel confident that we will be going above and beyond and will be following government guidelines, along with our own procedures as stringently as possible. These include:

• Minimum staff will be in salon so we can keep the suitable distance between clients.

• On arrival your temperature will be taken.

• We will ask that on arrival you wash your hands or use hand sanitiser (which will be supplied) and place a mask on.

• Suitable PPE will be available to the staff including face masks, gloves and aprons. We ask that if you require gloves or masks please supply where possible but if needed they are available at a small charge (while stocks last).All

• All surfaces at reception including the card machine will be disinfected regularly/after every use.

• Card payments and booking appointments will now be done while your sat at the section, avoiding groups building at reception. We encourage booking online as much as possible.

• We have closed working stations to allow bigger gaps between clients.

• We have closed down the waiting area, meaning anybody not having their hair done will be asked to wait away from the salon.

• All gowns will be washed after every use as with the towels.

• We will continue to clean & disinfect ALL areas of the salon on a regular basis. Each work station & basin will be fully disinfected including the shelves, chairs, hairdryer & any other equipment used after every client.

• Hand-wash, hand towels and sanitiser are available to use.

• We have limited the use of the basins and put screens in-between for extra precaution. 

• When wanting to buy retail products a member of staff will retrieve this for you.

If you have an appointment we will ask you to come alone and at the time of your appointment so we have less people in the salon at any given time.

During this time we cannot hang or store any coats & belongings so we ask that you bring a bag to store these in at the section you are sat at. 

If you are at all concerned about being unwell, please seek medical advice. We also ask you to call us on 01442 870426 to let us know you will be cancelling your appointment.
